1 General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between gbajr ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services on the platform, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and payment transactions.

gbajr reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after changes are published, you will be considered to have automatically agreed to the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 years or older may open an account and use the services at gbajr. We may request necessary identification documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and earned bonuses and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being immediately suspended or closed.

3 Account Verification and Security

gbajr may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. As part of this process, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at gbajr is ৳100. This limit applies to all payment methods. We accept the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile payment service of United Commercial Bank

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as the one used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

You confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method you are using. Using a third party's account for transactions is prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Policy

• All eligible games can be played using bonus funds.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• gbajr reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6 VIP Program

gbajr's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can automatically advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is calculated weekly and added directly to your account. gbajr reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or software.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Colluding with other users to gain a betting advantage (Collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing other users or staff of the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

• Involvement in prohibited activities.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

gbajr is not responsible for any losses caused by technical errors, server outages, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We always strive to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, however brief service interruptions may occasionally be necessary for maintenance.

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries the possibility of financial loss. You acknowledge that you are playing voluntarily and at your own risk.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We always strive to resolve member issues quickly and fairly.

Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

14 Changes to Terms and Notification

gbajr may change these Terms at any time. For important changes, a notification will be sent by email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken as agreement to the new terms.
